Lauro Moscardini

Lauro Moscardini is an Italian astrophysicist and cosmologist. He was a graduate student in astronomy at the University of Bologna, where he received both his laurea and his Ph.D.. He is currently holding the position of professor of cosmology at the University of Bologna.

Research

Lauro Moscardini is coauthor of more than one hundred refereed research publications. He has given important contributions to the field of large scale structure formation, particularly to the modeling of galaxy clustering at high redshift[1] .[2]

Miscellany

Lauro Moscardini owns one of the largest and most prized collections of papal postcards in Italy, and he is a renowned specialist in the field.
