Leo John Dulacki (born December 29, 1918) is a retired lieutenant general in the United States Marine Corps. He was born in Omaha. After serving in the United States Marine Corps for 32 years, he retired in 1974 and was inducted into the Attache Hall of Fame of the Defense Intelligence Agency in 1990.[1] During his service, Dulacki commanded the 4th Marine Division and was Director of the Manpower Marine Corps.[2]
