"Let's Get Serious" is the title track from Jermaine Jackson's 1980 album Let's Get Serious on Motown Records, written by Lee Garrett and Stevie Wonder. The single was Jermaine's first #1 R&B hit and second Top 10 Pop hit, peaking at number nine in both Billboard and Cash Box.[1] It also reached the top 10 in the UK peaking at #8. The recording was produced by Stevie Wonder, who also provided vocals for the track.

It was Billboard's #1 Soul hit for the entire year of 1980, beating out brother Michael's platinum-certified mega-hit "Rock with You" which was #2 for the year.
