Lhotka u Radnic is a village and municipality (obec) in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.8 square kilometres (1.5 sq mi), and has a population of 76 (as at 3 July 2006).
Lhotka u Radnic lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north of Rokycany, 22 km (14 mi) north-east of Plzeň, and 65 km (40 mi) west of Prague.
