Liberata Mulamula is a Tanzanian diplomat presently serving as Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation since May 2015.[1] Prior to this she was the Tanzanian Ambassador to the United States.[2][3] She also served as the first Executive Secretary of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR).[4]

Personal life

She is married to George Mulamula and has two children.[5]
