Liga Desportiva de Maputo, is a Mozambican football (soccer) club based in Maputo that plays in the top division of Mozambican football, Moçambola. They have won the 1st league title in 2010. The club was founded on 8 November 1990. It is one of the richest clubs in Mozambique.

History

The club was founded on 8 November 1990 in Maputo under the name of Liga Desportiva Muçulmana de Maputo. On July 19, 2014 the club was renamed to Liga Desportiva de Maputo.
