Lincolnview High School is a public high school near Van Wert, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Lincolnview Local Schools district. Their nickname is the Lancers and they are members of the Northwest Conference (OHSAA). Lincolnview installed wireless internet into each classroom earlier this year. The school district purchased Chrome books for enrolling students to incorporate into their classes. Lincolnview is working towards going more computerized in hopes to prepare more students for college environments. Lincolnview currently associates with nearby colleges to allow students to receive high school and college credits. After the change in state requirements, the school now logs ever year that is lost from a delay and adds it to the end of each year. Along with the change in state requirements, Lincolnview changed the scheduling of classes from a 9 period day to a 7 period day with moderately longer classes.
