Lipec is a village and municipality in Kolín District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 452 km² and as of 2016 it had a population of 2,482.

Famous residents include football players Jan Koller and Petr Čech. They grew up near each other and aspire to play together again in a semi-pro league once Čech retires. They shared the spotlight on Lipec High School's football team. Their parents still live in Lipec.
