The following is a synopsis of each episode of Noah's Arc.

Season 1

Noah befriends a fellow screen writer, Wade, who drops curious hints towards Noah. Ricky struggles to resist the advances of his store clerk, Dwayne. Chance moves into the home of his boyfriend, Eddie, and daughter, Kenya. Alex realizes that his boyfriend Trey has been indulging on the internet.
  • TRIVIA: The two characters from Wade's movie, which he and Noah watch, are voiced by Gregory Keith (Trey Iverson) and Benjamin Patterson (Guy).

Gregory Keith, who played as Trey, created a rap song for this episode. The song can heard when Noah arrives at Wade's apartment.

"My One Temptation, Part 2" October 19, 2005 2 1.02
Wade demonstrates interesting behaviors during a night out at a club and offers a proposition to Noah. Chance has difficulty adjusting to his new life with Eddie and Kenya. Alex confronts Trey about his online activities.
  • TRIVIA: Doug Spearman met Jonathan Julian, his on screen interest, while filming the hot tub scene from "My One Temptation, Part 2." Spearman had to wear a thong as he arrived on set straight from the airport.
"Don't Mess with My Man" October 26, 2005 3 1.03
Wade has difficulty with both the camaraderie of the gang and the closeness between Noah and Ricky. Alex seeks normalcy with his sex life with Trey. Ricky hires Raphael and is upset that his interests lie elsewhere. Chance moves forward with his new life with Eddie and Kenya only to discover that Eddie is unfaithful.
  • TRIVIA: DL Thug Lover's address is creator/executive producer Patrik-Ian Polk's childhood street address.
"Don't Make Me Over" November 2, 2005 4 1.04
Alex signs up for an amateur drag competition and endures anxiety over the performance and fear of Trey's reaction. Chance is consoled by a stranger as he laments over Eddie. Ricky attempts to prove to the guys that he is not a sex addict. Noah meets a couple of Wade's friends, but not before Wade influences Noah's attire.
  • TRIVIA: The song Alex and the guys lip-sync to is a cover of the disco classic "Lovin' Is Really My Game," sung by Maryann Tatum, a back-up singer for Mariah Carey. The original version is performed by the group Brainstorm.

The guys' drag number was choreographed by Frank Gatson, the choreographer responsible for Destiny's Child dance moves.

"Nothin' Goin' On but the Rent" November 9, 2005 5 1.05
Chance goes to great lengths to salvage his relationship with Eddie. Noah falls on hard times but Wade’s intervention leads to Noah securing employment and finds himself rewriting a script that Wade had submitted. Wade and Ricky plan a surprise birthday party for Noah. Alex starts his own HIV clinic and is suspicious about Guy’s helpful nature where Trey is concerned.
"Writing to Reach You" November 16, 2005 6 1.06
Noah reveals to Wade his rewrite of Wade's script and offers a writing collaboration. Ricky gets friendly with Junito, the resident doctor at Alex’s clinic. Chance agrees to a date with T-Money, and realizes where his heart truly lies. Alex's suspicions about Guy and Trey result in a compromised situation.
"Love Is a Battlefield" November 23, 2005 7 1.07
Ricky admits feelings for Junito and the guys mobilize as Ricky endures a health crisis. Chance makes a decision regarding his relationship with Eddie. Noah recruits Wade for a script pitch. Alex and Trey seek counseling for their relationship problems.
"I'm with Stupid" November 30, 2005 8 1.08
Wade finds temporary housing with Noah, who has difficulty adjusting to his room mate, and takes it one step further. With Alex's help, Chance pursues a church ceremony for his nuptials with Eddie. Ricky has second thoughts about being with Junito.
"Got 'Til It's Gone" December 7, 2005 9 1.09
Noah exercises bad judgment while searching for Ricky, who is despondent over Junito. Chance and Eddie commence their commitment ceremony and their event compromises many in attendance. Wade finally expresses his love for Noah.

An earthquake forces Noah to relocate with Malik. Trey returns from South Africa and has a surprise for Alex, who plans a welcome home party for Trey at The Study. Chance, Eddie and Kenya adjust to settling into their new home while Ricky catches his domestic help in a compromising position. Noah runs into Wade and realizes that he is not over him.
"It Ain't Over 'Til It's Over" August 16, 2006 2 2.02
The guys help Noah move into his new place. Chance persuades Noah to visit the home furnishing store where Wade works, only to lose Kenya in the process. Dre invites Noah over for dinner. A patient at Alex's clinic helps Ricky to realize his handling of the situation with Junito. Guy helps save the day at Alex and Trey's house.
"Desperado" August 23, 2006 3 2.03
Chance and Eddie host dinner for Eddie's bosses and their wives, and Chance happens upon an interesting coupling. Ricky continues to have thoughts about his new relationship with Junito. Alex's suspicions of Guy's friendship with Trey continue to grow and Guy adds fuel to the fire. Noah joins Dre and Wade for dinner, which re-kindles creative sparks in Noah and Wade, while Dre's friend, Quincy Abraham, shows interest in Noah.
"Excuses for Bad Behavior" August 30, 2006 4 2.04
Brandy assigns Noah to partner with Baby Gat, a British rapper/actor, and quickly grows tired of his antics. Kenya tests Chance's resolve as a parent. Ricky finds himself committing deeper into his relationship with Junito. Guy picks up the pace in his scheme against Alex.
"Give It Up" September 6, 2006 5 2.05
Alex seeks evidence of Guy's scheme against him and enlists the help of Noah and Wade to investigate. Vonda leans on Chance and Eddie for support on her marital problems with Clayton and later makes a life-altering decision. Baby Gat showers Noah with attention and affection and Noah later regrets it. Alex turns the tables on Guy.
"Under Pressure" September 13, 2006 6 2.06
Quincy puts Noah's writing career on the spot and impacts their friendship. Eddie and Chance deal with the repercussions of the situation between Vonda and Clayton. Ricky mobilizes the troops to put a stop to Guy's scheme against Alex. Noah finds himself in a dangerous situation.
"Baby Can I Hold You" September 27, 2006 7 2.07
Tempers and emotions flare as the guys rush to Noah's side. Quincy initiates a new crusade, Alex learns to defend himself, Chance steps up to the plate for Eddie and Ricky becomes Noah's caregiver and realizes the meaning of mortality. Dre opens his eyes as Wade takes matters into his own hands and finds himself at square one.
TRIVIA: A cover version of singer/songwriter Josh Kelley's song "Home to Me" is heard the last minutes of the episode.

The guys celebrate black gay pride. Chance and Eddie reminisce about their first meeting. Alex and Trey make a life-altering decision. Ricky and Junito come to terms with their relationship. Noah realizes where his heart lies and Wade and Dre find themselves at a critical crossroad.
