Yolanda Adams is American gospel music singer and radio show host. In total, Adams has won five Grammy Awards, four of the Gospel Music Association's Dove Awards, one American Music Award, sixteen Stellar Awards, seven NAACP Image Awards, one Soul Train Music Award and four BET Awards. On May 1, 2018, Adams became the first Gospel artist to earn a nomination for a Tony Award for her work on SpongeBob SquarePants (musical) on Broadway.[1]
