List of fiction writers from Goa, India
Appearance
This is meant to be a page listing fiction writers from the region of Goa, a former Portuguese colony, on the west coast of India. Goan writing surfaces in diverse languages, and Goans have written in as many as 13 different languages, according to critic Peter Nazareth. It emerges from both Goa itself (particularly in languages like Konkani, Marathi and English) and in the diaspora, where Goa is strongly represented despite its small size.
