Ljiljana Zelen Karadžić (Serbian: Љиљана Зелен Караџић) (born 27 November 1945, Sarajevo, Socialist Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Yugoslavia) is the wife of former Bosnian Serb leader and convicted war criminal Radovan Karadžić. She is the former head of the Red Cross in the Republika Srpska of Bosnia and Herzegovina.[1] She is currently living in Pale, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Her family moved to Sarajevo from Tomislavgrad.[2]
