Local KungFu 2 is an Assamese Kung fu action comedy film. It is directed by Kenny Deori Basumatary and produced by Durlov Baruah. It is the sequel to 2013 film Local Kung Fu.[1][2] The sequel is based on William Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors. The film-makers successfully raised money for post-production through crowdfunding[3] and the film was released on 19 April 2017.[4][5]

Synopsis
This is an action adaptation of William Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors with a twist One pair of twins - the pair who grew up in Guwahati - knows fighting, whereas the other pair - from Tezpur - don't. The pair from Guwahati comes to Tezpur and the story starts in a confusion among the characters.
