Lodestone Management Consultants, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, was a global consulting firm advising international companies on strategy and process optimization as well as IT transformation. With a value-integration approach, Lodestone pursued a value-adding combination of management and IT consulting. Lodestone was acquired by Infosys in 2012 for $350mn. [3]

History

The company was founded in 2005. Since its inception, the firm has grown to more than 1000 employees in 17 countries on five continents. Lodestone’s advisory services are primarily geared to the life science, chemical and financial services industries as well as the investment, automotive and consumer goods sectors.

Acquisition by Infosys Limited

In September 2012, the global technology and consulting company Infosys Ltd. with headquarters in Bangalore, India acquired Lodestone Management Consultants for about $345 million to be joined into the consulting brand. [4]
