Lorenzo Fontana (Verona, 10 April 1980) is an Italian politician from Veneto.

A member of Liga VenetaLega Nord and close ally of Flavio Tosi, Fontana has been deputy leader of the Movimento Giovani Padani, the youth section of Lega Nord, from 2002. After having been district and municipal councillor in Verona, he was elected to the European Parliament in 2009.[1]

In October 2012 Fontana cosponsored with fellow MEP Mario Borghezio a motion for a declaration by the EU Parliament calling upon Pope Benedict XVI to carry out the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.[2]
