Loučka is a village and municipality (obec) in Zlín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 7.58 square kilometres (2.93 sq mi), and has a population of 486 (as at 3 July 2006).

Loučka lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) south-east of Zlín and 270 km (168 mi) south-east of Prague.
