Lower Kabete is a settlement in Kenya's Nairobi County. University of Nairobi School of Business is found at Lower Kabete along Lower Kabete Road.

Location of Lower Kabete

Lower Kabete is roughly 10 Kilometers from Nairobi CBD. Part of the Kabete area is in Kiambu County and is headed by Ferdinard Waititu as MP (2015-2017). The other part is in Westlands constituency which is headed by Tim Wanyonyi as MP (2013-2017). Nairobi County's Lower Kabete Dispensary is found here alongside Lower Kabete Primary School and Farasi Lane Primary School.

Local Administration

Lower Kabete Sublocation is part of the greater Kitisuru location which is in Nairobi County, it's sub-chief's office are at the Kabete Approved Centre grounds. As of year 2014 the reigning Sub-chief was Mr. Damvas Mogire.

Lower Kabete Real Estate

Lower Kabete is home to some of Nairobi's finest housing developments including Highgrove Village a premium luxury housing estate and Kabete Palms.
