Luciano Dal Falco (May 10, 1925 – December 20, 1992) was an Italian Christian Democrat politician. He was born in Verona, Italy. He was minister of health (1976–1978) in the Government of Italy. He served in the cabinet of Prime Minister Giulio Andreotti. He served in the Chamber of Deputies of Italy in Legislature III. He served in the Senate of Italy in Legislature V, Legislature VI, Legislature VII and Legislature VIII.
