Maamar Mamouni (born 28 February 1976 in Tours, France) is an Algerian footballer. He previously played for Panserraikos. In 2004, he moved from Louviéroise to Gent. In 2006, he moved to Lierse for a free transfer. He was a member of the Algerian 2004 African Nations Cup team, who finished second in their group in the first round of competition before being defeated by Morocco in the quarter-finals.

Mamouni previously played for Le Havre AC and US Créteil-Lusitanos in Ligue 1 and Ligue 2.[1]
