Mahendra Verma

Mahendra Verma is a physicist at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, working on magnetohydrodynamics.

His software Tarang[1] is widely used in this field.

He is also involved with the Jagriti Bal Vikas Samiti[2] and is one of the founders of a school for poor children in the Lodhar village, near IIT.
