Maher El-Beheiry is the Chairman of the Supreme Constitutional Court of Egypt, and, as of 3 July 2013, the Acting Temporarily Leader of Egypt as declared by the military. [1][2] This decision was based on massive protests calling for dissolving the government of Mohamed Morsi for its lack of its inclusiveness and mishandling of the economy.
