Malšín (German Malsching) is a village and municipality (obec) in Český Krumlov District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 27.1 square kilometres (10.5 sq mi), and has a population of 130 (as at 28 August 2006).

Malšín lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) south of Český Krumlov, 36 km (22 mi) south-west of České Budějovice, and 157 km (98 mi) south of Prague.
