Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies B, commonly known as Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies U/20 is a women's soccer club based in Pretoria, South Africa.[1]

In March 2024, they were runners up of the Pirates Cup (Women). They lost 4-3 via penalties to JVW B after the match ended in a 1–1 draw.[2]
