Manggar (Chinese: 芒加尔) is a town in the Indonesian province of Bangka-Belitung, Indonesia. Manggar is the capital of the East Belitung Regency.

The majority of the people in Manggar are Hakka Chinese and Malay. Majority of Chinese are Buddhism, Catholic and Protestant.
