Marcel Black (born March 25, 1951) is an American Democratic Party politician, who, since 1990 has been a Member of the Alabama House of Representatives. He currently represents the 3rd district taking in Colbert County. [1]

Outside politics he is an attorney with the company Black and Hughston, P.C.

He serves in the 3rd district of the Alabama House. He served since 1990. [2]

He is the Ranking Minority Member on the Financial Services Committee and the Education Policy Committee. [3]
