Marcin Lijewski (born 21 September 1977 in Krotoszyn) is a Polish team handball player, playing on the Poland national handball team. He received a silver medal with the Polish team at the 2007 World Men's Handball Championship and a bronze medal at the 2009 World Men's Handball Championship in Croatia. He participated at the 2008 Summer Olympics, where Poland finished 5th.[1]

He was chosen the best right backcourt of World Championships in 2007 and 2009.

He is currently playing for the Polish club Wybrzeże Gdańsk. His brother Krzysztof Lijewski is also playing for the Polish national handball team and for Polish club Vive Targi Kielce.
