Margaret-Anne Bernadette Rowe (born 1949) is a former Australian politician. She was a Liberal member of the Western Australian Legislative Council representing Agricultural Region from 2005 until her resignation in 2007.[1]

In 2007, Rowe missed more than six sitting days of parliament without approved leave, and was declared in contempt of the Parliament. She subsequently resigned on 22 June, citing health reasons.[2] A countback on 16 July elected Brian Ellis.
