Maria Oyeyinka Laose was the Nigerian ambassador to Austria in 2012 and 2013.[1] Laose had previously worked at the Nigerian embassy in Vienna. Laose was a controversial figure as she was seen as inaccessible by Nigerians living in Austria.[1]

Laose was replaced in December 2013 by Abel Adelakun Ayoko who had also worked at the embassy.[2]
