Marina Quays is a three-tower residential complex overlooking Dubai Marina. The development is located on the corner of Al Gharbi and Al Sufouh streets across the water from Dubai Marina Mall.
The three towers are:
- Marina Quays West, a 39 floor high rise residential tower
- Marina Quays East, a 9 floor medium rise residential tower extending 20m over the Dubai Marina waterway
- Marina Quays North, a 9 floor medium rise residential tower extending 20m over the Dubai Marina waterway
