Mark S. Shearer (born August 11, 1952) is an American politician in the state of Iowa.

Shearer was born in Burlington, Iowa and attended the University of Iowa. A Democrat, he served in the Iowa House of Representatives from 1989 to 1993 (55th district) Iowa Senate from 1999 to 2003 (49th district).[1]
