Marko Filipović (Serbian Cyrillic: Марко Филиповић, born 6 August 1978 in Teslić) is a Bosnian Serb football player. He currently plays for FC Champvent.

Previously he has played with Serbian clubs FK Mladi Radnik, OFK Belgrade and FK Hajduk Beograd, Kazakh FC Atyrau, French Angers SCO, FC Istres and Sporting Toulon Var, before returning again to Swirzerland to represent first Swiss 1. Liga side FC Baulmes and FC Champvent.
