Martha Boto was a female artist. Boto was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.[1] In the 1950s she started showing her art work.[1] She was part of the tradition of South American Constructionism.[2] Marta was known for her " investigation leads from the principle of repetition into the world of reflection." [3] She is considered to be a pioneer of kinetic and programmed art.[4]

Boto died in 2004.[1]
