Maryland Cookies are a brand name of biscuit produced by Burton's Foods in the United Kingdom.[1]

Background information

The recipe for Maryland Cookies was brought to the UK from the US in 1956 and is one of the UK's best selling biscuits.[2] Over 12 billion Maryland Cookies are sold worldwide each year.[citation needed]
