The Mass Central Rail Trail is a current rail trail made up of multiple branches along the former right away of the Massachusetts Central Railroad. Presently, the trail is currently open with the Norwottuck Branch, with plans for over 100 miles of trail in the state. It also currently exists in parts in the Wachusett Greenways section.[1]
