Mastin Moor is a village lying just East of Staveley in Derbyshire, United Kingdom. The village sits almost entirely on the north side of the A619 Road.[1] As well as a number of houses, the village consists of two local shops, a Chinese takeaway restaurant and a Miners' Welfare Club. There used to be two pubs in the village, but these were demolished in the mid 2000s and the land used for building houses and a hospital. The hospital soon closed due to funding issues. There is a 1 hectare gardens and allotments off the A619 Worksop Road which is open to public access.[2]
