Mata Jawant Kaur Memorial School, Badal, Sri Muktsar Sahib district, Punjab, India is a project of Sardar Parkash Singh Badal, Chief Minister of Punjab, to provide free and quality education to the children of poor families. The school was established in the name of his mother Mata Jaswant Kaur, who was known for her services[which?] to the poor and needy within society, and was inaugurated on 16 April 2008. It is run by Chaduray Devi Lal Memorial Trust. It is affiliated to CBSE under the affiliation No.1630626. It is a charitable school which provides free education, uniforms, food and transport to its students. 164 students of the institution have been participated in state level games in Softball and Baseball in category under 14 and 17. The entire school campus has Wi-Fi. Under the guidance of the Principal Col A.S.Paul, the institution is going to establish 3 new laboratoriess (Multimedia Lab.,Knowledge Hub & Language Lab) with modern facilities. The school provides extra coaching classes for PMT, IIT and AIEEE competition exams to its students.
