Matthew "Matt" Eagles is an Australian rules footballer with the Brisbane Lions in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was born in South Australia.[citation needed] In 2016, he appeared in season two of the reality TV series The Recruit, where he was the eventual winner.[1] After appearing on The Recruit, he played with North Ballarat in the Victorian Football League (VFL).[2]
