Mausund is a small village and an island group in the municipality of Frøya in Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) northwest of the island of Frøya, roughly between the islands of Sula and Halten.

The village is located on the small islands of Måøya, Gårdsøya, Geitøya, and Aursøyan, which are connected by bridges. It is a fishing village with a fish processing plant. The Måøy chapel is also located here.[2]
