Template:Infobox South African town Mazeppa Bay is a town in Amathole District Municipality in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa.

Holiday resort on the Wild Coast, 175 km north-east of East London. Named after the schooner Mazeppa which took the surviving Voortrekkers of Louis Trichardt's party from Delagoa Bay to Port Natal in 1839.[1]

Mazeppa Bay is known for its fishing and was featured in episode three of the first season of Extreme Fishing with Robson Green.[2]
