Medlovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Uherské Hradiště District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.91 square kilometres (1.12 sq mi), and has a population of 488 (as at 1 January 2008).
Medlovice lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) west of Uherské Hradiště, 35 km (22 mi) south-west of Zlín, and 236 km (147 mi) south-east of Prague.
