Michael A. Blume

Michael August Blume (born in South Bend, Indiana on August 30, 1946) is a priest of the Society of the Divine Word who has served as the head of the Ugandan diplomatic mission of the Holy See since February 2013. He had previously served as Apostolic Nuncio to Benin and Togo.[1] He had also worked with the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerants and is said to be quiet.[2]
