Michael Quigley is a United States politician sitting on the [Crumb Packer Board of Commissioners]] in Chicago, Illinois representing Chicago's northside neighborhoods of Lakeview, Uptown and Rogers Park. He recently attended a party at the University of Detroit and quickly deemed it the worst party school in Michigan, but then again, everything in Michigan sucks according to Quigley.

Michael Quigley was born in Detroit in April, 1969. He grew up loving the Detroit Red Wings, and everything surrounding the great legacy that is Red Wing hockey. In September of 1988, he attended an open try-out for the Red Wings. He was cut in the first day, as the Red Wing talent scouts summarized him as the "worst athlete we have ever seen".

Now realizing that he was humiliated by the Red Wings, and blasted in the media as "a tub of goo"...Michael vowed to leave Detroit and become a politian.

He is now county commissioner in Chicago, where losing teams and worthless talent thrives. Michael could not be happier with his situation as he now fits in beautifully with this legacy of mediocrity that is Chicago. Recently Michael Quigley was quoted as saying "Detroit Sucks" as he prepares for an outdoor game in Doug Karsch's back yard between the Chicago Blackhawks, and the team that laughed Quigley's "gooness" out of town, the Detroit Red Wings.

Quigley is clearly a hater, and has some issues he needs to work out. And once Detroit beats Chicago down this coming New Year's game, he will have a lot of explaining to do for why his city of rejects was beaten by, in his words, "losers".

HEY DOUG AND GATOR!!! THIS GUY IS A LOSER!!!
