Michael Venditto is an American politician from the state of New York. A Republican, he is the member of the New York Senate from the 8th district.[1] Prior to being elected to the State Senate he served one term as Nassau County Legislator from the 12th District, replacing the deceased Peter J. Schmitt. Prior to that he worked as an Attorney for the Town of Hempstead, New York, where he lives. He is the son of Town of Oyster Bay, New York Supervisor John Venditto.
