Michal Šafařík (24 January 1977 – 19 November 2020) was a Czech[1] professional ice hockey player.[2]
He played with HC Slovan Bratislava in the Slovak Extraliga, where he won a national championship.[3]
Šafařík died on 19 November 2020, aged 43.[4]
