Michel Leblanc is a Canadian "serial entrepreneur" responsible for starting up seven failed airlines in 20 years, including Quebecair, Royal Aviation (sold to Canada 3000 in 2001 and bankrupt soon after) and, the most recent airline to go bankrupt, Jetsgo on March 11, 2005.[1]
