Midlands 103 Creative
Midlands 103's Commercial Production Department is run by production manager Robbie Donnelly. All of the local commercials broadcast on the station are produced in-house. Céilí Lár Tíre promotes Irish musical artists and the country in general. Its name comes from the Irish Céilí (party) and Lár Tíre (middle of the land, or midlands); therefore, it means "Midlands Party".
