Min Sithu (Burmese: မင်းစည်သူ, pronounced [míɴ sìθù]; also Sithu Nge; died 1486) was the governor of Toungoo (Taungoo) from 1481 to 1486. He inherited the governorship from his father Sithu Kyawhtin of Toungoo was killed in battle in 1481. He was killed by his nephew Mingyinyo. The governor had repeatedly refused the nephew's requests to marry his daughter Soe Min (Mingyinyo's first cousin).
