Mohcine Malzi (also Mouhcine Malzi) is a Moroccan actor.[1]

Career

Malzi played the role of "Abdelkader" in Faouzi Bensaïdi's feature film, Volubilis, also featuring Nadia Kounda and Nezha Rahil. The film was screened in preview at the Venice Days Film Festival between August 30 to September 9, 2017 and was reportedly slated for released in Moroccan theaters towards that year's ending.[2] However, Telquel finally announced that its release to the cinemas would be on October 3, 2018.[3]

In 2018, he was the winner in the "Best Actor" category at the Tangier National Film Festival (TNFF).[1][4] In 2019, he was starred in Saidi Bensaïdi's comedy-drama film, Taxi Bied, alongside Mohamed El Khyari, Sahar Seddiki, Anas El Baz, Hassan Foulane and Saida Baâdi.[5] He was featured in the film, L'balisa, also featuring: Ahmed Yreziz and Jalila Tlamsi.[6] He was also featured in another yet to be released feature film by Faouzi Bensaïdi entitled, Summer Days.[7]
