Moheet (Arabic: محيط, Ocean) is an Arabic news web portal founded in 1997, based at Dubai Media City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and owned by ArabiaInform.[5] It was founded by the businessman Mohamed Aliwa and its editor-in-chief is Basyony Komsan. Moheet is the first-launched Arabic news website. It's headerquarters are located at Dubai Media City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and its editorial and technology units are based at Cairo, Egypt.
