Mrlínek is a village and municipality (obec) in Kroměříž District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.94 square kilometres (1.52 sq mi), and has a population of 286 (as at 3 July 2006).

Mrlínek lies approximately 26 kilometres (16 mi) north-east of Kroměříž, 22 km (14 mi) north of Zlín, and 246 km (153 mi) east of Prague.
